Project-Based Labour Market Training is fully funded by the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction in partnership with the Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society to deliver on and off the job training that helps individuals obtain the skills they need for employment.

PICS Society provides a broad spectrum of programs and services that includes Employment Programs, Settlement Services, Language Services, Social Programs and Housing Services. Our services assist new immigrants, seniors, farm workers, women and youth.
