Program Structure
- Monday to Friday (9AM - 5PM)
- 6 weeks of Hybrid learning
- 3 Weeks of practicum training
Program Eligibility Requirements
- Canadian Citizens OR
- Permanent Residents OR
- Anyone with open work permits
AND Open to currently all full-time, part-time, casual, or unemployed participants
- 19 years of Age or Above
- English Language Proficiency

- Digital Skills Foundations and Technological Training for Client Support Attendants(includes digital marketing/social media management)
- Electronic Bookkeeping for Hospitality Professionals
- Transformational Front of House Customer Service, Sales, and Upselling(use of Hotel Logix hotel simulation software andPOS simulator)
- Food and Beverage Customer Service
- Introduction toEvent Planning
- Leadership and Management in a Digital World
