Eligibility

• Open exclusively to Indigenous people (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis)
• Must be a resident of BC
• Unemployed or precariously employed (part-time, seasonal, casual, etc.)

Program Schedule

In-Person Technical Training

Location: Kwantlen Polytechnic University – Cloverdale Campus
Dates: June 23 to July 17, 2026 (4 weeks)
Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Tuesday to Friday

In-Person Employability & Soft Skills Training

Location: Kekinow Society
Dates: July 20 to July 24, 2026 (1 week)
Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Safe work practices
• Site work
• Using tools and equipment
• Roadwork
• Scaffolding and access equipment
• Utilities and pipeline work
• Concrete and masonry work
