Fully funded 6-Week Construction Craft Worker Level 1 + Construction Readiness Program is starting on October 14, 2025. This program is designed to support Indigenous participants in building foundational skills and certifications for a successful career in construction.

Eligibility:

- Open exclusively to Indigenous people (First Nations, Inuit or Metis)

- Resident of BC

- Unemployed or precariously employed (part-time, seasonal, casual, etc.)

Certifications and Training:

- Level 1 CCW Apprenticeship Certification

- Fall Protection

- Ground Disturbance Level 2

- Confined Space Entry

- Hoisting & Rigging (Level 2)

- Traffic Control Person

- Aerial Lift

- Mentorship Matters

- Gas Testing

- Sparkwatch

- Skidsteer
